Recruitment Requirements
While exact qualifications vary by employer, most Croatian companies look for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Age: 20–45 years (preferred range)

Education: Minimum high school or equivalent

Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage, but not mandatory

Language Skills: Basic English communication is preferred; Croatian language skills are not required
