Warehouse workers in Croatia play a vital role in managing the storage, packaging, and distribution of goods. The job typically involves:

  • Sorting, packing, and labeling products

  • Loading and unloading trucks or containers

  • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization

  • Operating forklifts and other equipment (training provided)

  • Monitoring inventory and assisting in dispatch

Recruitment Requirements

While exact qualifications vary by employer, most Croatian companies look for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Age: 20–45 years (preferred range)

  • Education: Minimum high school or equivalent

  • Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage, but not mandatory

  • Language Skills: Basic English communication is preferred; Croatian language skills are not required
