EU Helpers Group Sp. z o.o. is a registered Polish company providing recruitment, immigration, relocation and business consultancy services across Europe. Two protection rights were granted. Together, they give us the exclusive right to use this name and this logo commercially in Poland, and the right to stop others from doing so.

What the Certificates Cover

Each certificate grants a protection right (prawo ochronne) on a registered trademark. Between them, the two rights cover the EU Helpers name and the EU Helpers logo.

What is protected. R.394363 and R.394364 protect the marks in the exact form in which they were registered. Protection extends beyond identical copies. It also covers signs similar enough to confuse the public about who is providing a service, whether that use appears online, in print, in advertising, or in a company or domain name.

Where it applies. Both are Polish national rights, granted by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and enforceable in Poland. In a digital context that reach is wider than it first appears. A website hosted elsewhere still falls within scope where it is directed at people in Poland, judged on factors such as language, contact details, targeted advertising and where the service is actually delivered.

For how long. Ten years from 3 November 2025, expiring on 3 November 2035, renewable in further ten-year terms. Protection does not lapse through non-assertion, and a decision not to pursue one infringement does not waive our position on any other.

Which services are covered. A trademark is protected for defined categories of goods and services under the Nice Classification rather than in the abstract. The full list of services registered under each right is recorded in the trademark register maintained by the Patent Office and can be consulted there by anyone, using the numbers R.394363 and R.394364.

What the certificates do not do. They certify brand ownership. Nothing more. A protection right says nothing about the outcome of any immigration, work permit, residence or employment application, and it confers no authority over such decisions, which rest entirely with the relevant government authorities. Any person or organisation presenting our registration as a guarantee of a visa, permit or job is misusing it, and we treat that as a serious infringement rather than a technical one.

Legal Notice: Exclusive Rights and Restrictions

The name, logo, and associated brand assets are the exclusive property of the company. Without prior written permission, the following are prohibited:

  • Using the name or logo in any commercial or promotional material, online or offline
  • Copying, reproducing, distributing or publishing any part of the brand identity, including website text, design and graphics
  • Altering the logo, including recolouring, stretching, tilting, cropping or adding effects to it
  • Registering or operating a domain, subdomain, social media handle, company name or trading name containing either mark or a confusingly similar variation
  • Bidding on the name as a paid search keyword, or placing it in advertising copy on Google, Meta or any other platform
  • Presenting any organisation as a branch, office, affiliate or authorised representative when no such relationship exists in writing

Infringement, online or offline, may be pursued under the Act of 30 June 2000 on Industrial Property Law and the Act of 16 April 1993 on Combating Unfair Competition, and under European Union rules where the infringing use is directed at consumers in another member state.

Requesting Permission

Legitimate use is permitted and is granted in writing. Recruitment partners, employers, educational institutions, media organisations and event organisers who need to display the name or logo should contact us before publishing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the EU Helpers trademark numbers?

The company holds two protection rights granted by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland: R.394363 and R.394364.

Why are there two certificates?

The marks were filed and granted separately, so the name and the logo are each protected in their own right.

Who owns the trademarks?

EU Helpers Group Sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw under KRS 0001077333. No employee, agent, partner or affiliate holds any ownership interest in them.

What do the certificates actually protect?

The registered brand name and logo, in the form in which they were registered. Protection covers identical signs and also similar signs likely to confuse the public about the source of a service.

Which services are covered by the registration?

The services registered under each right are listed in the Patent Office trademark register and can be checked there under R.394363 and R.394364.

When does protection start and end?

Protection runs from 3 November 2025 and expires on 3 November 2035. It may be renewed for further ten-year terms.

Do the certificates guarantee a visa or a job?

No. They certify brand ownership only. They say nothing about the outcome of any application, and no one may present them as a promise of one.

Can another company use the name or logo?

Not without prior written permission. This applies to commercial and non-commercial use, and to full or partial reproduction of the brand assets.

Can I mention EU Helpers in an article or a partner listing?

Yes. Naming the company truthfully in editorial coverage, research, or a factual listing is acceptable, provided the logo is not used as a page identity, and no endorsement is implied.

Can I use the name in my domain or company name?

No. Registering a domain, subdomain, handle or trading name containing either mark is prohibited without exception, including variations such as euhelpers-jobs.pl.

Can I run ads on the brand name?

Not without written authorisation. This covers keyword bidding, close variants, ad headlines and automatically generated ad copy on any platform.

Can I recolour the logo to match my website?

No. The mark is protected in its registered form. If our standard files do not suit your layout, ask, and we will supply a suitable version.

Are the trademarks valid across the European Union?

They are Polish national rights. Unauthorised use elsewhere in the EU may still be challenged under European unfair competition and consumer protection rules, depending on where the use is directed.

How do I request permission?

Write to us with your organisation name, where the asset will appear, and a preview of the placement. We issue permission in writing, limited to the use described.

What should I do if I see the name being misused?

Send us the link or a screenshot, along with any document or message carrying our branding. Do not send money or personal documents to an unverified party.
