The Role
We publish short-form video covering live vacancies by country and sector, plus explainers on documents, relocation and the first months abroad. You shoot, cut and deliver it. Output is weekly and consistent, so speed matters more than finish.
The work involves:
- Planning, shooting and editing short-form video for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook
- Turning a live vacancy into a clear 20 to 45 second clip
- Subtitling, on-screen text and language variants where a market needs them
- Recording interviews and pieces to camera with staff and, with their consent, placed workers
- Cutting longer explainers for the website and for employer partners
- Keeping files, thumbnails and titles organised so the web team can publish without chasing
- Working inside the brand system
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- 2 or more years making short-form video, with a portfolio we can watch
- Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut at a strong level
- You shoot solo and handle camera, lighting and sound yourself
- Control of pacing and judgement about the opening two seconds
- You deliver to a publishing schedule
- Working English
Nice to Have
- Motion graphics in After Effects
- Stills photography
- Polish, or another language spoken by our audience
- Experience with a recruitment, education, travel or property brand
- You have grown a social account and can say what the numbers did
How We Work
You sit with Marketing and take briefs from the content lead, with two office days a week for filming. Editing days can be remote. Vacancy clips run on a fixed weekly slot, so the schedule is set in advance rather than assigned ad hoc.
