Why Partner With EU Helpers

We handle the hard part.
You focus on finding talent.

When you refer a candidate to EU Helpers, our dedicated team takes full ownership of the placement journey. From the first document to the worker's first day on the job — every step is managed, tracked, and communicated back to you.

8,000+
Workers successfully placed in Europe since 2007
19+
European countries with verified employer networks
17+
Years of trusted immigration and placement experience

Visa Appointment Assistance (Where Applicable)

For countries where we can assist with your visa appointment, our immigration team ensures your documents are complete and you know exactly what to expect before you walk into the embassy. This service is available for select countries and any associated charges apply only after your appointment date is confirmed — never before.

  • Available for select destination countries — confirmed on a case-by-case basis
  • Your full document checklist is complete before your embassy date.
  • You are briefed on what to bring, what to say, and what to expect at the embassy.
  • Any service charges for this are disclosed upfront and apply only after appointment confirmation.
Charges apply only after appointment date is confirmed — never in advance

Visa Rejection Re-Appeal & Corrected Re-Submission

A visa rejection does not mean the process is over. EU Helpers provides comprehensive support for appeals and reapplications. Our team reviews the refusal grounds, corrects the underlying issue — whether a documentation gap, insufficient financial proof, or an employer letter problem — and files a stronger second application on behalf of the candidate.

  • Refusal letter reviewed by our immigration team to identify the exact reason
  • Corrected documents compiled, and a legally sound re-appeal drafted
  • Second submission filed with a comprehensive, improved supporting package
  • The candidate will be kept fully informed throughout the re-appeal process

Employment Letter Issuance (Country-Specific Requirements)

Many European countries require an official employment letter as a prerequisite for a work visa application. EU Helpers coordinates with verified employers to issue legally compliant employment letters tailored to each candidate's destination country, job title, and role category — in the local language where required.

  • Letters issued in German, Polish, Croatian, and other local languages as required
  • Fully compliant with local labour authority and embassy submission standards
  • Includes correct job title, salary, start date, employer stamp, and authorised signature
  • Updated immediately if any employer or role details change before the visa date

Personalised Document Checklist for Every Candidate

Every country and every job type requires a different combination of documents. EU Helpers prepares a fully personalised document checklist for each candidate based on their nationality, destination country, and job category — eliminating the most common cause of visa delays and rejections.

  • Tailored per candidate: passport validity, educational certificates, police clearance, health records
  • Step-by-step instructions on how to obtain each missing document are included
  • Checklist updated in real time as country-specific requirements change
  • Shared transparently with both the recruiter partner and the candidate

Interview Preparation & Candidate Coaching

Many placements succeed or fail at the interview stage. EU Helpers prepares every candidate with role-specific interview questions, employer expectations, and destination country workplace culture — significantly increasing first-interview success rates.

  • Real employer interview questions prepared and rehearsed with the candidate
  • Workplace culture, expectations, and communication norms explained for the destination country
  • CV and cover letter reviewed and tailored to match local employer standards
  • Mock interview sessions available for healthcare and skilled professional placements

Professional CV & Cover Letter in European Format

A poorly formatted CV is one of the primary reasons candidates are rejected before reaching any interview. EU Helpers prepares European-standard CVs and persuasive cover letters that match what employers in Germany, Poland, Croatia, and other countries actually expect to receive.

  • CV reformatted to Europass standard or country-specific format (e.g. German Lebenslauf)
  • Skills, certifications, and work history highlighted for the specific target role
  • Cover letter written in English or translated to the destination country language
  • Certified translations provided where required by employer or embassy

Health Insurance Guidance & Enrolment Support

Every worker entering Europe is legally required to hold valid health insurance that meets the destination country's regulatory requirements. EU Helpers guides each candidate through selecting the right product, completing enrolment, and ensuring coverage is active before departure.

  • Country-specific insurance requirements are explained clearly to the candidate
  • Appropriate insurance providers are identified and recommended for each destination
  • Enrolment process completed with our support, where possible
  • Insurance validity aligned with visa and work permit dates to avoid any compliance gaps

Post-Arrival Support — Airport Pickup to Settled-In

Our support extends well beyond the visa approval. EU Helpers ensures every placed worker arrives safely and settles in without confusion — reducing dropout, improving job retention, and protecting the integrity of every placement we facilitate together.

  • Airport pickup arranged and confirmed before the worker's departure
  • Transportation to verified accommodation coordinated in advance
  • Local registration, SIM card setup, and bank account opening guidance provided
  • Employer introduction and first-day orientation coordinated where possible
  • Dedicated support contact available during the first two weeks post-arrival

Re-Recruitment Support When Workers Change Jobs

If a placed worker decides to change roles or employers after settling in Europe, EU Helpers provides full re-recruitment support — finding a new matching vacancy, updating legal permits, and transitioning the worker smoothly into their next position.

  • New vacancy matched to the worker's updated skills and career preferences
  • Work permit transfer or renewal managed by our legal and immigration team
  • New employment letter issued for the updated role and new employer
  • CV and cover letter updated to reflect experience gained in Europe
  • Seamless transition handled to minimise any gap in the worker's employment
  • Post-change insurance and local registration updates handled
  • Worker re-briefed on new employer expectations and workplace environment
  • Long-term relationship maintained — stable workers refer new candidates over time
  • Recruiter partner kept informed throughout the job transition process
  • All fee terms for the re-placement are agreed transparently in advance
