- Employers & Companies: We source, screen, and deliver qualified, permit-ready workers for European businesses across construction, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, and more. We also assist with company registration and legal setup in Poland.
- Recruiter Partners: We collaborate with global recruiters who source and refer candidates. EU Helpers manages the entire legal and operational process while the recruiter focuses on talent sourcing.
- Families: We assist with family reunification visas, helping clients bring their families to Poland or other EU countries legally.
The terms of the signed service agreement govern refunds. In general, service fees are non-refundable except under specific conditions outlined in the contract. Embassy and government fees are always non-refundable because they are paid to third-party authorities. Refunds are not issued for delays caused by embassies, government agencies, or external authorities. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of service at which cancellation occurs. Work permit processing generally takes between 1 and 3 months, depending on the destination country, the employer's location, the permit type, embassy processing timelines, and document completion. Delays from external authorities or missing documents may extend processing time.
All fees are disclosed upfront. EU Helpers provides a clear and detailed service agreement to every client before any process begins. There are no hidden charges — candidates receive a full written breakdown of all costs before signing anything. Any additional charges (for example, specific visa appointment assistance where applicable) are communicated clearly and in writing before they are incurred. EU Helpers also has a strict Anti-Fraud Policy ensuring all processes remain ethical and transparent.
