What Documents are required for Albania Work Permit?

  • Valid Passport - Copy of personal details and all relevant pages.
  • Albania Visa Photo 35x45 mm (3.5x4.5 cm) Size
  • Qualifications and Certificates - Educational degrees, diplomas, or professional certificates matching the job role.
  • Work Experience Proof - Letters or certificates from previous employers (if applicable) and work video.
  • Language Requirements for Blue-Collar Workers - Some roles may require English proficiency at the B1 level, depending on the employer and job

Albanian work permit and visa Process

Step Stage What You Need to Do Payment Stage
1 Prepare Documents Keep passport valid, arrange Albanian job contract, prepare qualifications (translated if needed), accommodation proof, and photos. First payment - € 1200
2 e-Albania Registration The client must create an account on the official e-Albania portal using their personal details. -
3 Application Form Log in, select employment residence permit, and upload documents in PDF format. -
4 Pay Application fee Pay the official residence permit fee through the e-Albania portal. Government fee (paid by applicant)
5 Submit Application Submit the application and save the confirmation. -
6 Interview (If Required) If authorities request an interview, the client must attend with original documents and copies. -
7 Application Review Authorities review the application; updates shared by email/portal. -
8 Approval & Entry Permission Once approved, the client will receive entry authorization to Albania. Second Payment - € 1100
9 Travel to Albania Client must travel within the validity period mentioned in the approval. -
10 Address Registration After arrival, the client must register their local address with the State Police office. -
11 Collect Permit Card Visit the designated office to collect your residence permit card. Card issuance fee (if applicable, paid by applicant)
12 Start Employment The client can legally begin employment after completing address registration and receiving the residence permit card.
