3 Work Permit Approval & Second Payment After approx. 3-4 months after you apply, your permit is approved and emailed. You then pay the second instalment to proceed with the visa steps. Second Payment –€1200
4 Courier Dispatch & Embassy Appointment The work permit is couriered to your home address (courier charges apply). You attend the embassy appointment and submit your visa application. Courier – €200(not included)
5 Visa Support & Processing We guide you with visa funds, mock interview, and support in case of rejection. Embassy processes your application. Included in Second Payment
6 Visa Approval & Final Payment After visa approval, you pay the final instalment. We help prepare your relocation checklist and provide support with ticket booking advice. Final Payment – €600
7 Arrival & TRC + Job Start On arrival, you get help with accommodation, a SIM card, a bank account, a tax ID, and a TRC application. You then start your job in Germany. Included in Final Payment

What documents are required for work permit?

Required Documents for Work Permit

Only the following candidates can apply:

  • EU passport holders
  • Non-EU citizens already living in the EU with a valid TRC (Temporary Residence Card) or work visa

Important Conditions:

  • Must hold a valid CE driving license
  • Must have Code 95 (CPC certification)
  • Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
  • Basic communication skills in English or German
  • You can apply for a German work permit from your current EU country
  • You can submit your visa at the German Embassy in the same country
