What Documents You Need to apply?

Active Passport: Your passport should be valid for at least one full year from the time you apply.
Updated European-Style CV: Mention your education, previous work, and skills relevant to the job.
Proof of Work Background: At least one year of experience in a similar type of work is required.
Clear Passport Scan: Submit a clean, readable scan of the main page of your passport.
Basic Education: You must have completed basic or secondary schooling, depending on the role.

Video Submission Guidelines

To understand your abilities clearly, you need to share two short videos:

Video 1 (1–2 minutes) – Introduction

Introduce yourself in English
Tell your name, where you are from, and your work background
Speak clearly and confidently

Video 2 – Practical Demonstration

Show yourself performing tasks related to your job
Examples: packing, cleaning, loading, operating simple tools, or any work skills you have

UK Seasonal Worker Visa – Processing Timeline

1. Certificate of Sponsorship (Employer Stage)

Handled by: Approved UK Sponsor through the UKVI Sponsor System

Typical Timeline:

Usually takes 12 to 16 weeks (around 65–80 working days) for the employer to generate your Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
The CoS must be used to file your visa application within 3 months of being issued.

2. Seasonal Worker Visa Application (Applicant Stage)

Handled by: UK Home Office / UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI)

Standard Processing Window:

Decisions are normally made within 3 to 6 weeks (about 15–30 working days) when applying from your home country.
Visa validity is generally 6 to 12 months, depending on the work category. Some roles may offer limited extension options.
